Turn the Trend is an online based anti-campaign that criticizes the current skincare trend and the ideals behind it. A trend that promotes natural beauty and is termed "self-care" feels instinctively positive – but it takes time, money and energy to achieve ideal skin and trendy glow. Through photography, copywriting and film the campaign aim to generate discussion and reflection regarding the trend, and encourage awareness about consumption and obsession of skin care and skin.
